Psychology - Sue is a witch of the old style compared to her daughter, having been unseated as leader of the coven she has adapted herself to modern living outside the Witchwoods and often helps serve as a diplomatic agent to more traditional covens in the Sargasso area. She still maintains her traditionalist outlook, such as a rather disposable regard for men.

Momma Sue is inextricably linked with Harumi's Club, and is a traditionalist, fearing the Lord of Dreams and his ire, she sees nothing wrong with the old ways of witching, but is willing to see where this new method goes.
