Name: Sapioroids

Appearance: egg shaped, black and looking like asteroids about 1km in diameter. Inside they have a mass of organic tissue that is accessible by a maze of vessels and tubes from the outer shell.

Location: commonly found orbiting stars. They might have come from a particular star system or planet and have spread out from there.

Attributes: they appear to be able to manipulate magical fields to create an artificial gravity force for propulsion. The “blood” of the sapioroids also possesses unusual properties.
