The agents of it all turned on one another, and Decker nearly died in an attempt to save a civilian vessel caught in the crossfire. Synthesis was aboard that vessel, and evacs Decker before further harm could come to him. | As [[calendar/Albion/PA 267]] rolled around the dust from the EAD scandal was finally settling. Gumiho Rumia freed herself using a police bust on the councilman as an easy cover. Feeling betrayed by the whole situation, she turned to the one person she could rely on - Decker, who was recovering with cybernetics. They hatched a plot together to bring vengeance on those that wronged them, through careful planning. Later on in the year, Decker solidified his plans and set his grand scheme in motion (As well as getting a job acting in the TV series, [[media:magical_girl_aeternalis]]). The Galactic Armament Organization would be his banner, and his creed was justice. He contacted many, equally disillusioned veterans from different forces to form the backbone of his organization. While not quite as flexible as other teams, they operate as a single whole and rely a lot on communication and are broken down into four smaller groups; Sampson, Oevaesta, Kantyne and Uuvuourla. Each group has a respective Triarius, a general or commander who reports directly to The Returner but at the same time has great automation and freedom to pursue her objectives as they see them. There is a great preference for bashing equipment: to break down whatever enters their possession.
