These Castes work in tandem to support and cultivate the Matriarchy providing unique skill sets and expertise each caste covering aspects that another might not. While the Castes are free to mingle socially and friendships are not unusual, sexual relations between members of differing Castes is expressly forbidden within the Matriarchy and is a heretical crime punishable by instant execution.

After reclaiming the surface from the Helashio Tribes, the Matriarchy rather than exterminating their age old enemy instead bound them in a debt of service taking the helashio as servants providing a stability that the Helashio Tribes had never previously known.
