====== Entropic Sinkhole ====== Events where the order of things is unusually high or low in ways conventionally non-predictable. Believed to be caused by m-brane penetration caused by interaction with another universe and the extraction of energy from space - either leaking or sucked out into the void. In these locations, zero point energy sources do not function predictably or reliably. ==== History === Beginning around thirty years ago, entropic sinkholes are locations exotic in nature, in which probability as it is understand ceases to be an accurate measure of what can and cannot happen. Many decades of research reveal the causation to be a penetration between dimensions - that entropy is being extracted from the universe by an unknown source for unknown reasons. In these locations, zero point energy systems do not function predictably or reliably and actions of extremely low likelihood (spontaneous temperature changes) can be induced via observer effect. ==== Data ==== * Size: Various * First recorded: 30 years ago * Ownership: None ==== Risks ==== * Though phenomenon resulting from entropic sinkholes are usually very minor, in some cases they are sufficient to start spontanious fires or freeze objects with energy state change events or cause objects to balance or move strangely due to strange gravitational effects * The exact nature of these phenomena remains largely unknown, though they are only occurant when an observer is present * The number of observers and their relative distance to one another has a great effect on these phenomena: More people translating to less specific phenomena, as if the cause expressing these actions is contested. * The magnitude of these actions drops dramatically as the number of differing observers in a given area increase: * A person alone on a world can cause space and energy to behave very strangely. * A hundred on the world can almost completely nullify the effect entirely on the same world.
